This beautiful old School House in Winkfield Row had been left tired, damp and in desperate need of refurbishment. Owned by a trust fund, the property required a complete transformation, but the project had to be delivered on a tight budget.
We were delighted to take on the challenge.
Working carefully within the budget, we set about breathing new life into the building while retaining its character and charm. What was once a cold, damp and tired property was transformed into a warm, comfortable and welcoming home.
The finished result was a wonderful blend of the building’s original character and a fresh, modern feel, creating a home that was both practical and inviting.
It was particularly rewarding to see how quickly the transformation made a difference. The trust had no difficulty finding new tenants for the property, demonstrating just how much potential this beautiful old building had once it was given the care and attention it deserved.
