Garage Conversion – Annex

We completed the conversion of an existing garage into a self-contained annex at Woodenhill, Staplehurst.

The works included the installation of a new rubber roof with a skylight, along with a new concrete floor. The room was fully insulated to improve thermal efficiency and comfort.

The front of the garage was transformed with new brickwork to complement the existing property, together with the installation of a new front door and side window.

Internally, we fitted a contained shower facility and a kitchenette, creating a practical and comfortable self-contained annex space.

The completed conversion provides a modern, insulated and functional living space while making effective use of the existing garage structure.
